Marc Smith is a native of Kansas City, Missouri. He is a Grambling State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Marc is also a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. Marc has over 25 years of Human Resources and Operations experience.
CHIEF MARKETING & BRANDING OFFICER, MARVA NICHOLS
Marva Nichols is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Grambling State University with a Business of Science in Business Management. Marva has 25-plus years of executive management in entertainment, sports, and education. Marva is a former Miss GSU who served as events director for the GSU Chicago Alumni Chapter. She is also the co-founder of the GSU 10 for 10 Challenge national alum fundraising campaign.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, DAVID DIRKS
David Dirks is a native of Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Grambling State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. and Howard University School of Law. David has over two decades in project management, entertainment, sports, and non-profit management. David is admitted to practice law in Maryland and New York.
